March 2009 Release: Mobile Screen Size Preference and Performance Enhancements
We rolled out a new release to all of our users today that includes some new features and performance enhancements.
NEW FEATURES:
• Mobile Application Screen Size Preference
You will now have the option of setting your preferred mobile screen size for the mobile version of the application. You will be able to choose from three preferences: Small, Medium, and Large. Not only can you set the default screen size from the main application, but you can change the screen size on the fly from within the mobile version itself. Click on the Mobile icon to open the Mobile Preferences and change your default screen size.

• “Apply Entire Balance” Check Box Added to the Envelope Transfer Window
When creating an Envelope to Envelope Transfer, you can now check the Apply Entire Balance box beneath the Amount field and all the money in the Transfer From envelope will be populated as the Amount for the transfer. Not a huge feature, but a simple luxury when needed.

• “Sweep Enabled” Envelope Property
As a supplemental feature to the new Sweep window, you can now decide if you want an envelope to appear in the list of the Sweep window or not. This will be helpful for users who have a large number of envelopes and only want to display certain discretionary envelopes when running a sweep.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENTS:
• Timeout Errors in the Mobile Version Have Been Resolved
Some customer mobile devices were getting a timeout error when attempting to log in to the mobile version of the application. This should no longer be an issue and any user should now be able to log in to the mobile application regardless of their device model or carrier without getting a timeout error.
• Offline Net-Worth Only Account Balance Edits
You should now be able to update an Offline Net-Worth Only account without having to re-add it.
• Clearinghouse Envelopes Added to Automatic Payments in Bill Pay
The Account Transfers and Credit Card Payments envelopes have been added to the Automatic Payment option within Bill Pay. You will now be able to show these types of transactions as pending in the Pending Transactions register.
• Backend Systems Upgrades and Improvements
We have continued our efforts on upgrading and improving our backend systems as well as our customer support tools to help deliver a better and more streamlined response time and customer support experience.

Looking in the website…trying to find someone who has made any comments about using Mvelopes on their IPhone and what has been the pros and cons. I haven’t yet signed up for the program..I’m a little concerned it may be too complicated for me…I’m a mediocre computer user…but getting desperate about having to budget…new life, new job that only pays monthly and I’ve never budgeted in my life and I’m 64….so need something SIMPLE…wondering is this program simple enough.

dbendle, what’s the missing transactions bug you’re referring to? I recently found almost $6000 in missing transactions, and I’m a little upset. From here on out, I will be watching my accounts like a hawk.

I can’t get to mobile Mvelopes on either of my web-enabled phones: LG: Dare, or Blackberry 8830 on Verizon.
